Daniel was so excited to meet Santa and tell him that he wants a helicopter for Christmas! He must have said helicopter a hundred times at the mall. Then he had to wait in line to see Santa. He did manage to tell Santa all about the helicopter while he was sitting on his lap but we could not get a smile for the picture :) Maybe he was concentrating too hard. Now I know that he expects this helicopter to show up tomorrow.
I forgot to mention that Daniel tried to go back to see Santa after his turn was over. He was climbing up the path and I had to grab him to stop him. I could just see him making it into the next picture by accident. It definitely reminded me of the scene with Santa Claus from "A Christmas Story."
