Daniel has mastered his slide! He can climb up and go down all by himself (which he also wants to do on the big slide at the playground and is very bummed when I follow him around).
Debbie and Joe were kind enough to come over and babysit today. Unfortunately Daniel was a little cranky in the beginning; my theories on this are 1) teething - back molars 2) allergies - which cannot be tested for until age 2 or 3) Daniel is just tired of Mommy and Daddy not being around a lot the last three weeks.
When I got home from visiting Michael in the hospital, Debbie, Joe and Daniel were all out back having lots of fun. Joe made Daniel's car go faster than anyone else so Daniel had a big smile on his face as the wind was rushing through his hair. Thanks Debbie and Joe!
