Daniel's Baptism!

We have dreamed about our child's baptism for many years. It was more special than we ever could have imagined. Daniel is our forever blessing and now he has been welcomed into God's family.

We were very happy that Uncle Scott and Aunt Erica could join us from TX. Plus Daniel loved playing with them all weekend. Daniel says "Go Syracuse" for Uncle Scott.

Today was a very special day b/c Daniel was baptized at Trinity Presbyterian! We had so many friends and family join us for the church service and Pastor Stephen baptized Daniel. Daniel was so good during the ceremony and when the water was placed on his head! But then he wanted to head back to Mommy. We are so blessed by God on this amazing day. We pray that we raise Daniel to know God's love and to do his work.

Later in the afternoon we had a Reception back at our house with about 70 friends and family to celebrate with Daniel. We were so blessed by everyone who joined us for this special celebration. Daniel had fun playing with all the other kids. As you can see in the pictures Jennifer, Alex and Maia were a big hit with Daniel and everyone else (Daniel loves the ladies).

Thanks to everyone for joining us and for the special cards and gifts that Daniel, Michael and I will treasure forever. This would never have been such a happy occasion without such incredible friends and family and God's blessing.
