6 Months Old Today!

Daniel is 6 months old today! He is now definitely keeping us on our toes as he is trying to crawl! Plus Michael discovered that if you pat him on the back 1000 times he will fall asleep - yes, he actually counted to 1000 last night.

Pop-pop gave Daniel this great Penn State shirt - I think Daniel was wondering where the purple was? But he loves his Pop-pop so I am sure he can also root for Penn State as well as VA Tech.

I cannot believe he is 6 months old. He just seems to get cuter and happier every day. He had green beans for the first time today! He loves all his veggies and he is a big eater - he just opens his mouth and leans toward the food.

Happy Valentine's Day

Daniel was so excited about Valentine's Day that he decided to get me up at 4:30am to play and snuggle! Michael and I both had the same idea for gifts for Daniel - Monkeys!!!!!!!!!!!! Daniel loved the Monkeys in a tree that you can pull off and play with (or eat). Michael got Daniel a special Monkey on his business trip this week.

Daniel is our Valentine and the sweetest one of all!

Mr. Daniel

Daniel is having a great time getting ready for Valentine's Day with his hearts! He has a buddy at daycare who is a boy of the same age so they are having a lot of fun playing together. Daniel is getting very close to sitting up on his own . . . He is such a sweetheart.

Rocket Scientist

Today Daniel has been with us for 5 months! It is so hard to believe that this little angel is almost 6 months old.

Tom and Sherry gave us this great "Rocket Scientist" shirt so Daniel can be just like his Daddy.

We found out that the folks in the choir at church were watching us during the Ash Wednesday service. They commented that Daniel was so happy and content in his mother's arms and it was just a joy to watch all the love. This is exactly how Michael and I feel about having Daniel in our lives - we are so blessed and feel overjoyed, happy and contented with our family!

What is Daniel up to these days? He it babbling, laughing (especially at Peek-A-Boo and when he gets to knock over blocks and toys), teething (as evidenced by everything going in his mouth), rolling over, hydroplaning, showing off for the girl babies and teachers at daycare, smiling at everyone, doing artwork, kicking his legs ALL THE TIME, eating squash, and making his Mommy and Daddy more happy than they every thought possible.
